Accessibility Statement
Need help right now? If any part of this website prevents you from getting information you need, contact us at info@foundrywealth.group and we will provide the information in a format that works for you, at no cost. We aim to respond within two business days.
1. Our Commitment
Foundry Wealth Group LLC ("Foundry Wealth Group," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to ensuring that people with disabilities have full and equal access to our website and to our investment advisory services. Access to financial information should not depend on whether a person uses a screen reader, navigates by keyboard, relies on captions, or needs larger text and higher contrast.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project. This statement describes the standard we work toward, what we have done, what we know is still imperfect, and exactly how to reach a human being if something on this site stands between you and the information you are looking for.
2. Conformance Standard
We measure this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG is the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility and is the benchmark most commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
3. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order, so screen readers can navigate page content predictably.
- Full keyboard operability, including visible focus indicators, so no function requires a mouse.
- Color contrast reviewed against the 4.5:1 minimum for body text.
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and form errors and confirmations announced to assistive technology rather than conveyed by color or position alone.
- Navigation menus built as accessible disclosure controls that expose their expanded and collapsed state.
- Accessibility review as part of our process when we add or change site features.
4. Current Conformance Status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that most of the site meets the standard, and that some content may not yet fully conform.
We state this plainly rather than claiming full conformance. Accessibility work on a site that continues to change is never finished, and an honest account of where we stand is more useful to you than a blanket assurance.
5. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility may fall short, and we are actively working on them:
- Third-party documents. Some disclosure documents, forms, and account paperwork are produced by outside providers such as our custodian or e-signature vendor. We do not control how those documents are authored, and some PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you encounter one, contact us and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
- Third-party sign-in and e-signature flows. Authentication and document signing are handled by external services whose interfaces we do not author. We will assist you directly through any step that presents a barrier.
- Client portal. The secure client portal is newer than the public site and has received less accessibility testing to date. It is a current priority for review.
6. Requesting Assistance
If any content or function on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide the information or complete the task with you through another channel, at no additional cost. That includes reading documents aloud, sending materials in large print or plain text, completing forms together by phone, or arranging another reasonable accommodation you request.
You are never required to disclose a diagnosis or provide documentation of a disability in order to receive assistance from us.
7. Reporting a Barrier
We welcome reports of accessibility problems. Please tell us:
- The page address where you encountered the problem
- What you were trying to do
- The assistive technology, browser, and device you were using, if you know them
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to describe our plan for addressing the issue within ten business days.
8. Alternative Access to Our Services
Nothing about becoming or remaining a client of Foundry Wealth Group requires you to use this website. Account paperwork, disclosure documents, financial planning discussions, and ongoing service can all be handled by telephone, by mail, by email, or in a meeting. If the website is not a workable channel for you, it will not limit the advisory services available to you.
9. Our Position on Accessibility Overlays
We deliberately do not use accessibility overlay widgets or automated "accessibility toolbar" plugins. Disability advocates and assistive technology users have consistently reported that these tools interfere with the screen readers and browser settings people already rely on, and they do not substitute for building a site correctly.
We address accessibility in the underlying code of the site instead.
10. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, which enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act, at ada.gov. We would prefer the opportunity to resolve the problem with you directly first, but this option is always available to you.
11. Contact Information
